  • Jeff Ullman
    – Founder and CEO
  • Jeff Ullman started in the call center industry in the mid 80's. For 20+ years he has owned and operated call centers. In 2005, he leveraged his experience and executive network within the industry to create The Call Center Group A-Z, specializing in the placement of call center managers and executives.

    Whether working for a start-up operation or an established contact center, Jeff built his reputation as a key player, delivering top tier executive talent across, what are today, some of the premier call center companies in the industry. Additionally, Jeff is an expert in upper level confidential searches.  As a member of various trade organizations, such as CCNG, ASPA, ATA, and ICMI, Jeff is frequently called upon for advice and counsel within the call center industry.

  • Adam Netzer
    – Director of IT and Sourcing

    Adam is the Director of IT and Sourcing for Staffmatic. He oversees planning and operations of the company's information systems and sourcing technology.

    Adam’s background consists of over 15 years of sales, recruiting, information technology, and business process improvement experience. This rare combination helps bridge the common gap between sales and operations, delivering solutions that simultaneously increase revenue, reduce costs, save time and increase security.

    Adam started his BPI consulting practice, MicroDyne Technologies, LLC in 1998.  In 2006, he developed the advanced sourcing and candidate contact solution known today as HV-Fast. Since then, the technology has revolutionized the mass hiring process and continues to be the industry's leading sourcing solution in both cost-per-hire and volume–and is the engine behind Staffmatic–The Call Center Group A-Z's agent-level staffing solution.

  • Daniel Akre
    – Executive Vice President of Sales

    Dan recently joined with The Call Center Group A-Z as EVP of Sales.  He is a Sales and Marketing executive with over 23 years experience in outsourcing, customer acquisition and care, and teleservices.  Additionally, he possesses an extensive background in direct marketing and business development (as President of his own company, UNI Partners, Inc.) having worked with industry-leading companies such as APAC, Millennium Teleservices, TMG Marketing and BPO's - Allsec Technology & vCustomer.

    Dan has specialized in consulting and leading the sales efforts of mid to large-size companies.  He has extensive knowledge when it comes to strategic verticals within various industries from telecom to retail and, through his own company, has assisted in sourcing, assessing and managing top tier domestic and global contact center and BPO supplier networks.  In his position as EVP of Sales, Dan will enable The Call Center Group A-Z to uncover hidden areas through sourcing, staffing and aiding in the growth of contact center personnel.

  • Jeff Wiernik
    – Area Director
  • Jeff joined The Call Center Group A-Z almost two years ago to apply his executive management, sales and marketing skills and insight to the recruiting arena.  Based in Philadelphia, PA., Jeff works with some of the largest Call / Contact Centers in the country in the acquisition of their executive personnel.  With a BA in Psychology from Temple University, Jeff has been in the business world for over 35 years starting in sales and middle management and progressing from there to establishing, owning and managing several corporations involved in warehousing, distribution and wholesale brokerage.

  • Anthony Miceli
    – Director of Call Center Research
  • Anthony Miceli started in the call center industry in the mid 1990’s.  Prior to that, he worked in both New York and California in the financial industry as an operations manager.  For the past one and a half years, he has utilized his call center and recruiting experience to assist The Call Center Group A-Z and StaffMatic in placing mid-level managers and front line agents.  Anthony has worked for first and third party companies, leading staff in the financial and healthcare industries.  He has also been heavily involved in the startup operations of a broker-dealer financial firm as well as two credit counseling companies.

    Anthony attended many seminars, with a focus on recruiting, staffing, performance management, and is well-versed in many call center technical applications.  He graduated from New York City Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Business.

Board Advisors
  • Jeff Brown

    Former president of J.B, Brown & Associates, Inc., one of the largest professional recruiting firms in the country.  Thirty-five years in the recruiting business, the past fifteen years specializing in the Call Center industry.  Jeff is now the Chief Executive Officer of the Call Center Network, LLC and manages the operations of The Call Center Group.  He is also on the Board of Directors of both The Call Center Group A-Z and of Staffmatic and is very active in consulting with both organizations.

    Degreed from Miami University in Business.  MBA from University of Michigan.  Specializes in both the "Retained" and "Contingency" Search functions on positions at the VP/GM levels as well as Multi-Site Operations Directors and Senior Manager levels.

  • Fred Stevens
  • Mr. Stevens, the president and founder of Call-Lab, and has over 20 years experience in the direct marketing and contact center industry.  He was the co-founder of Affinitas, (www.affinitas.net) a successful marketing and communications company specializing in CRM type marketing programs that help companies acquire, grow and retain business.  Mr. Stevens has consulted domestically and with multi-national companies in Mexico and Canada in helping them to establish in-house contact centers and service agencies.  He has extensive experience in the people, process and technology elements that make-up world class contact centers.  Mr. Stevens is a board member for ATA-AZ chapter.
